In Good Company partners with Lancaster Fresh Farm Cooperative, a non-profit organic farmers co-op of over 100 small-scale family farms headquartered in Lancaster County, PA. Member farms are 100% Certified Organic and non-GMO, with high-standards for quality produce, effective land management and nutrient-rich soil. Member farmers take great pride in using sustainable agricultural practices from one season to the next, choosing to work cooperatively together in growing fresh, nutrient-dense fruits and vegetables that enriches the health of our community and the land around us.
Support Your Local Farmer and Our Agricultural Community
When you purchase a CSA, you’re buying a “share” of vegetables from the farm. Because we partner with a farm co-op, we have more flexibility in the programs we offer, with options to choose from weekly, monthly, or a year-round program with direct access to high-quality, locally-grown fruits and vegetables by regional farmers. By purchasing a CSA share, you’re not only committed to eating healthy, but also supporting the environment and your local farming community.
Make a Difference in Someone's Life.

ABOUT MARTHA'S TABLE
Everyone has a right to healthy food—and we work every day to ensure this. Whether it’s families who visit our markets, or neighbors who depend on hot meals every night from our mobile food truck, McKenna’s Wagon, we’re working 365 days a year to increase food security and ensure healthy options for our neighbors. Last year, our food programs distributed over 1.6 million healthy meals in the DC community.
FOOD ACCESS PROGRAMS
Our Healthy Eating initiatives work to ensure healthy food is available for those in need, helping to support children and families in the DC community to have greater access to fresh, organic fruits and vegetables.
At our pop-up grocery markets, children, their families, and neighbors can shop at no cost for fresh, healthy produce and healthy pantry staples. At least 40% of the food available at each market is composed of produce, such as sweet potatoes, cabbage, and kale, and non-perishable staples range from peanut butter to whole-wheat pasta and beans.
Martha’s Table’s market program began in August 2011 as the result of a partnership with the Target Foundation’s Meals for Minds program. With support from additional generous donors, Martha’s Markets are currently run in 3 elementary schools, two community centers, and at Martha’s Table, where the market is open to students and families in our own Healthy Start and Healthy Connections programs and our staff. At pop-up markets, families select from fresh, seasonal produce and healthy pantry staples at no cost every month.
